Samantha Giordano, Secretary - Samantha, 24, a life-long Staten Islander currently residing in Silver Lake, first found her niche within politics in high school. As school president of Susan Wagner High School, she discovered a flair for community organizing. She would later study English at St. John's University, join the Richmond County Young Democrats where she now serves as Secretary and Social Chair, and organize events for the Anthony R. Gaeta Democratic Club, of which she is an active member. With an extensive background in publishing including titles such as Vogue, Marie Claire, InStyle, Departures, and Seventeen, Samantha currently works as a publicist for NARS Cosmetics, a cosmetics company that has taught her the value of public relations in a global setting. Samantha's knowledge of and passion for imaging and communications constantly challenge her to seek out new ways to further develop the clubs with which she is involved. As a risk-taker and voice of the youth movement within the party, Samantha was honored to be recognized recently by the Democratic Organization of Richmond County with the James "Skippy" Pryor Young Democrat of the Year Award (along with Dominick DeRubbio) for the work she has done. She looks forward to continually dedicating more time to Staten Islanders, and to fighting for the causes she believes will affect all parties and all people not only throughout her community, but throughout the world.

He is also a constituent liaison for Assemblyman Matthew Titone.
